I follow the MC coaching principles in all my coaching relationships: listening, questioning, non-judgement, giving feedback, observing patterns and making hypotheses, resolving issues and coaching in the business context. I am a certified Mental Health First Aider with NHS England, which is key for me when a client needs signposting for mental health resources. I continue to develop myself by engaging with great people – I use my coaching alumni and L&D networks to learn the latest techniques used by leading coaches across different industries, observe executive coaching in action, receive supervision and real-time feedback from my clients. Learning is my career and my next step is to complete a behavioural neuroscience degree to further raise the bar for the scientific input I already incorporate into my work.
